Refunds & Returns

At Bloomelle®, we believe in the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@bloomelle.co. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you were sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@bloomelle.co. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or card provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.
