Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping on Subscription Orders: All subscription orders qualify for free shipping, making it even easier to stay consistent with your Bloomelle® routine.
  • Express Shipping: For non-subscription orders a £2.99 delivery fee applies.
  • International Shipping: We currently don't ship to international countries.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. UK deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

At Bloomelle®, we stand by the quality of our product. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, simply contact us at support@bloomelle.co. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We want you to love every Bloomelle® product you receive. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bloomelle.co, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
