your questions, answered
the things women ask before they start
getting started
will bloomelle actually work for me?
Every woman is different, so we cannot promise a specific result. What we can say is that most women tell us they notice a difference within the first month. You are also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, so there is no risk in trying it.
how long until I notice a difference?
Most women say the first few weeks. The formula is taken daily and builds up over time, so give it a full month, and ideally three, before you judge it.
how do I take it, and how many capsules a day?
Two small capsules a day, with water, ideally with food. That is the full daily serving. Each pouch holds sixty capsules, a one-month supply.
when is the best time to take it?
Whenever you will remember it. Many women take both capsules with breakfast. Taking them with food can be gentler on the stomach.
I have tried other supplements that did nothing. how is this different?
Bloomelle brings sixteen ingredients into one formula at meaningful doses, rather than a single ingredient or a long list at token amounts. Everything is on one honest label, so you can see exactly what you are getting and how much.
the formula
what is in bloomelle?
Sixteen plant-based and nutrient ingredients in two capsules a day, including magnesium, red clover, ashwagandha, chaga, lion's mane, schisandra, cordyceps, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, a B-complex, calcium and more. Magnesium contributes to normal nervous system function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
is it hormonal? does it contain HRT or oestrogen?
No. Bloomelle is non-hormonal and plant-based. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it does not contain HRT or oestrogen.
is it vegan and free from common allergens?
Yes, it is vegan, and made without dairy, gluten or added sugar. If you have a specific allergy, please check the full ingredient panel, which we are happy to send you.
where is it made, and is it tested?
It is made here in the UK to good manufacturing standards, and every batch is tested.
why capsules, and not a powder or gummy?
Two small capsules are easy to take, need no measuring or mixing, and let us include the ingredients without the added sugar that gummies usually rely on.
do you show the full ingredient amounts?
Yes. The complete ingredient panel with amounts is on the pack and on the site. No proprietary blends, no hidden doses.
safety & suitability
can I take it alongside HRT?
Many women take Bloomelle alongside HRT, and it works on its own too. It is not a replacement for HRT. If you are on medication, please check with your GP first, and we can send you the ingredient panel to bring to your appointment.
can I take it with my medication or a health condition?
If you take any medication or have a health condition, please speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting, and share the ingredient panel with them.
can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Bloomelle is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult your GP.
are there any side effects?
Bloomelle is generally well tolerated. As with any supplement, some people notice mild digestive changes when they start, and taking the capsules with food usually helps. If anything concerns you, stop and speak to your GP.
I am in my 40s and not sure if I am perimenopausal. is it for me?
Bloomelle is made for perimenopause and menopause, and many women start in their 40s. It is a daily food supplement rather than a diagnosis, so if you are unsure where you are, it is still suitable as general support. Your GP can help you understand your stage.
who should not take it?
Anyone under 18, and anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are on medication or under medical care, check with your GP first. Do not take it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
results & usage
what should I expect in the first month?
Everyone is different. Many women describe feeling a little more like themselves as the weeks go on. Keep taking it daily, and give it a full month before you decide.
do I need to keep taking it?
It is designed to be taken daily as an ongoing part of your routine, which is why most women choose a plan. You can pause or stop whenever you like.
can I take it with my other vitamins?
Usually yes, but because Bloomelle already includes vitamins and minerals, it is worth checking you are not doubling up on the same nutrients. If in doubt, ask your GP or pharmacist.
what if I miss a day?
No problem. Just carry on the next day. There is no need to double up.
